Still Waiting....

The Tigress

So we're still waiting......Don't like waiting.
On the plus side? My daughter and her boyfriend decided to move back to Colorado.
I've been able to get alot of stitching done. I was working on The Tigress for the Mystic Stitch contest but I can't stick to just one. Last week was HAED's birthday as well one of the artists had a birthday-I happen to have one of her charts,so I started
In To the Light by Teri Rosario.
Happy Birthday Teri and HAED. Over the weekend I worked on all the HAED's I have started:QS Citrine,Citrine,Wizard,SK Rose on Fire,and QS Dragon Soul. I found some mis-stitches on Dragon Soul but I don't think they are in her face so I'm not going to worry about it too much. But I found major problems with Rose on Fire so I'm frogging the whole thing and starting again.
I haven't done any scanning lately as it seems if Valorie knows I'm on the computer...she wants on to play her games. I'm going to try to get some done later and will insert some other time.

Waiting....

So we turned in all our paperwork for the house-now we are just waiting!!! They said it may be 2 months before we hear anything else argh! We are hoping everything goes thru in time for the tax credit
Still stitching. Have a few new starts.Just don't have alot of time anymore.

Trying

So I'm trying to keep up with this blog thing,not much luck there. Some updates: I've been stitching on a few things-mostly HAED's. I'm also doing a Demented Alice,sorry not sure who the designer is. Haven't scanned anything in awhile so no real stitching updates....I should really get on that.
I haven't found my charger for my camera so no shots just yet of Carries Thread exchange with the ILCS group...sorry I'm looking for it.
Yesterday I rec. a chart from a fairy on the HAED BB Thank You Twinkle Toes for gifting me Citrine By Rachel Anderson
I'm working on the Citrine Qs on the board so I'm very excited to have rec. this full chart now they can be companions-might even reverse the qs so they can flank each other?
We've been trying to get a house so my cleaning up this place has gone up. We've pretty much been told the house is ours just waiting for paperwork to catch up. So on top of trying to quit smoking-I'm getting a little ansy. I just found out I have a cholestreol problem and I don't eat much garbage-so I'm a little confused on that.

Me Time?

My kids are back in school-the older ones anyway. Now it's me and Valorie. We've been busy playing every day. Now she's not feeling so good-stuffy and gassy! Great combination.
Me time-don't really get any,no matter how I try. They find me if I try to shut myself in my room. I usually don't get much stitching in now unless it's in the middle of the night,but what else is there when you can't sleep anyway.
We're trying to get a house. Very exciting,we've lived here for 20 yrs. We're waiting for previous owners signature. We should know in a week or so what's going on.In the mean time we've been cleaning up this place and getting rid of all kinds of stuff. 5 kids you sure get a lot of stuff!
My printer has decided to wig out on me-so I haven't been ab;e to print out any charts to work on.
Well gotta pay bills while Valorie is distracted.
